Northland Adjusting Company, Inc. is an independent adjusting firm serving Northern Michigan. Our company is based in Traverse City and can adjust losses within 100 miles of Traverse City. Our primary service territory by county includes: Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Missaukee, Otsego & Wexford. Northland will accept assignments outside this territory if needed, simply contact our office to discuss.
We are a service driven independent adjusting firm specializing in homeowners and commercial property claims. We are utilizing the latest advances in technology to adjust claims quickly and accuratley. Our firm utilizes Simsol® estimating software to prepare detailed estimates. Photographs can be taken digitally allowing transmission via e-mail when companies require immediate information. High speed internet access is required for large files. All reports can be fowarded by e-mail, standard mail, or both at the clients discretion.
